Documentary - Spring 2016
A newbie to Northampton, I felt heavily claustrophobic from moving from Lincolnshire (full of fields, the ability to see and explore space) and going into a built up area made me feel quite depressed - during my first year of University. I tried to express these feelings in a small project which turned out to represent a silent innocent space on a Sunday afternoon.
Push processing Ilford ISO 400 film by two stops, gave the resulting images an aesthetic that was going through my mind of a grain and bitty image that (feelings) I hated to owe up to.
