(hereafter referred to as COMPANY). Artificial Intelligence use such as reproducing, rendering and copying imagery forbidden. Bearer is hereby granted permission by Company to reproduce the images and make an unlimited number of prints, for personal use only. Friends and family may purchase prints or digital copies from Company only. This permission applies worldwide. Bearer agrees that THE PURCHASER may not use any Company’s images for commercial or editorial purposes, or enter any Company’s images into competition without the express written permission of Company. Company retains the copyright to all images.
Copyright and Licensing Notice
The image(s) that are being provided to you are licensed to you for any reasonable personal purposes, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, and web publishing. Your license does not include use that results in financial gain or reproducing, including but not limited to: advertising, artificial intelligence, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature. Your purchase of the original file(s) or print(s) releases Company from any liability due to loss or damage of the images and also releases Company from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph. Company may revoke this license at any time and for any reason. Company retains all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof. By using any of these images, you are agreeing to the above terms.
